The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and make you feel quite at home. You'll be treated with great hospitality and service. Staff are informative about the area as well as the hotel.

Rooms are spacious and full of top notch amenities. Large bathrooms come with a separate shower and tub. The entire property is gorgeous and if you receive an ocean view room, the views are spectacular.

This hotel features a large pool and is located on the beach. Both pool and beach are well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beach area comes with nice chairs and umbrellas.

Parking is not included in the daily rate or the additional resort fees. It's an added charge on top of all that. It is valet parking only and the valet area crowds very quickly with cars and taxis. Once you've gotten your car from valet, it takes forever to exit.

Be aware that this hotel adds an automatic gratuity to all checks, from the restaurant to the pool. Make sure you are not double tipping and beware of poor service as they are guaranteed a tip from you.

This hotel is located far from South Beach and ll of the happenings there. There isn't much to do within the immediate surroundings of the hotel, so having a car on property is a good idea, although traffic to South Beach can be brutal.
