The rooms at this hotel are well laid out, but it's the beds that most guests say are the standout point. It seems that if you want a good night's rest then this hotel could be the place for you. Very comfortable indeed.

The dealers and waiting staff in the casino have been given quite a few compliments due to their professional yet friendly manner. This makes a nice change as often they get a bad name in other hotels with casinos.

The restaurants that are located on-site provide a nice variety of meals meaning that you can eat something different each night of your stay at this hotel. There are nice cafés too where you can get some sandwiches or a light snack.

Some guests have complained that you need to wait a very long time for the elevators to arrive and that when they do, they are often full. It's not too bad if you are staying on a lower floor but if you're on a higher level, then the stairs aren't really an option.

The décor at this hotel gives away the last time this place saw any refurbishment. It seems that some guests aren't very happy about the condition of the rooms and that more time needs to be spent on maintaining or even updating them.

There have been a few complaints that the housekeeping isn't done properly and that some people have arrived in rooms that have yet to be cleaned. It's not an ideal situation, but perhaps they just need more cleaning staff to cope with the number of rooms.
