Guests staying at the Tropicana Beach in Gumbet, Turkey love that the hotel is right across the street from the beach. Guests are delighted with the direct access to a private beach from the hotel which allows them to spend many pleasurable hours in the waters and sand. There is a bus stop close to the hotel as well which guests find convenient to tour the place.
Many guests say that they love the pool, which is great and huge with a length of more than 80 metres. They like that the pool is maintained well and say they spent the best part of their time in the pool. They appreciate the entertainment provided by the hotel.
Several guests say that they have a fantastic time at the aparthotel because of the lovely staff. All the members of the staff, at the bar, reception, housekeeping and entertainment staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.
Guests staying in the ground floor rooms find them dark and dingy. They also say that the kitchen utensils are stored in a musty smelling cupboard under the sink and some have mold on them. The rooms are tired and dated and the floors are never cleaned properly.
Some guests find the bathrooms in the apartments and rooms awful. They say there is water drainage problem and so water would flood the bathrooms. The shower gel provided resembled some soapy substance. Guests say that the place felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
Many guests did not like that they could not access the Wi-Fi freely in their rooms but had to work only in the lobby of the hotel or near the pool where the Wi-Fi access is available.
