Travelodge San Bernardino caters to travelers on a budget and offers basic rooms that still feature a number of amenities. Rooms are of a good size with ample light and the included mini-fridge and microwave proves quite useful during ones stay.

Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating with a generally cheerful disposition, making guests feel quite at home. Front desk staff are approachable and will generally assist wherever they can. Management/staff are also quite flexible when it comes to things like check in/out times, bringing along a service dog and so on.

A highlight of the accommodation is the en suite bathroom showers which feature strong water pressure as well as plenty of hot water for a satisfying shower experience.

In spite of free Wi-Fi in rooms being advertised, there is no useful signal available in any of the rooms at Travelodge San Bernardino. The only area where the Wi-Fi signal does work to a certain extent is in the hotel's lobby/lounge. The lack of signal also seems to effect cell phone reception as well.

The hotel is fairly old and this is quite apparent in the condition of most of the room carpets, paint and fixtures. Although the property boldly advertises that rooms have been recently renovated, the opposite seems to be true in most cases.

A major problem at this hotel is the lack of consistent housekeeping services. The infrequent nature of the housekeeping services leads to some rooms not being cleaned before new guests are ready to check in or during their stay. The hotel also seems to suffer from a roach and bedbug problem.
