The majority of previous guests are complimentary about the standard of the rooms at this hotel, typically describing the accommodation as spacious, clean and well presented. As you might expect from the location, there's some noise to contend with, but few guests found it excessive.
Guests find the hotel staff offer a warm welcome and attentive service. The front desk team is happy to help with any questions and local area tips, the bar staff are on the ball and happy to give ice in a glass for guests to take to their rooms and the housekeeping team seem to do a thorough job.
Although guests are generally of the opinion that this hotel offers value for money, few are all that happy about having to pay extra for extended Wi-Fi access. Plus, several guests found the public parking near the hotel is expensive. even with the discount.
Guests typically find the king-size dreamer beds are comfortable but the same is not generally said of the extra beds set up in the family rooms. These are often found to be uncomfortable and less than conducive to a good night's sleep.
The lack of in-room air-conditioning presented a problem for some guests. The rooms can seemingly get quite hot and opening the windows doesn't always make that much of a difference to the temperature.
