The amiable employees who work here are a very keen and positive bunch who'll happily go out of their way to try and accommodate any request and/or concerns you may have.
Numerous guests have voiced (somewhat angry) concerns over the hotel's free yet largely dysfunctional Wi-Fi. Evidently, even if you do manage to get a signal you can still expect to get kicked off multiple times during any one session. Irritating, and then some...
Dingy surroundings, surly staff and less-than-inspiring food: the independent on-site restaurant which provides this hotel's breakfast option (via a voucher system) doesn't seem too bothered about satisfying its proxy patrons that much. Happily, there is a wealth of other eateries nearby that are far more adept at rustling up an enjoyable morning meal...
