Guests found the hotel to be located in a bad neighborhood, very close to the highway, including several adult clubs. The security allowed strange, scary looking men and women to wander into the premises. No one felt safe in this property. The front desk staff is not attentive. They are very lazy and rude. A guest had to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby before the staff appeared. If there is a complaint from a guest, instead of adressing it, they tell the guests that they are welcome to choose another place to stay. No refund is offered. One guest complained that a prostitute followed him into the room. Some guests want to spread the word about the mismanagement. They want the hotel to be closed until all issues have been resolved.

Guests found the rooms to be dirty, beds and pillows uncomfortable and stained. The room decor was outdated and the carpets were worn out. The picture quality of the TVs was poor. The TV remote was missing in many rooms, or not working. There were bed bugs on the beds and cockroaches in the bathrooms. In some rooms guests found condoms and needles behind the TV, and drug bags in the bathrooms. Some guests found dirty tissues between sheets. Nothing was being done about the clogged closets or bath tubs.

The entire property is ill-maintained and needs to be renovated and refurbished urgently.
