Guests complained that in many rooms the front door would not lock. Beds were uncomfortable, there were no blankets and pillows were stained. In many rooms the TV remote did not work. The complimentary Wi-Fi was not accessible most of the time. Some guests also noted that room amenities like coffeemakers, minifridges and microwaves were missing and had to be called for.

Guests found the bathrooms to be unclean. The peeling paint from the wall and ceiling were lying on the floor. All fixtures were old and rusty and there was a bad smell all the time. In some bathrooms the toilets did not flush. The seat was old and needed to be replaced. There was also no proper lighting in the bathrooms, only an old lamp.
