The complimentary breakfasts gives you a great start to the day. A selection of cold and hot dishes are offered. Guests reported that breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious.

Guests described the rooms as being clean, well presented and comfortable. Wi-Fi is reliable and tea and coffee facilities in the room are a welcome convenience. You can also relax at the lounge bar and enjoy the on site spa tub and sauna facilities.

Both the reception staff and restaurant staff at breakfast were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Guests reported that the reception staff in particular went out of their way to ensure they had a pleasant stay.

Some of the rooms do not have a window to the outside. Without a natural source of light some guests found these rooms to be dark and bleak.

The rooms are not kept to a high level of cleanliness. The carpets in particular are stained and dirty. Refurbishment issues have included complaints about the air conditioning which does not always function. The hotel has a run down appearance, the furnishings are old and the walls need repainting. Sound proofing between the rooms needs improving as the sound of neighboring guests' conversations and footsteps are audible and loud at times.

Booking problems have been known to happen, including the issue of guests not getting the room they originally booked. Reception staff seem aloof and unconcerned about such issues. Some guests complained that their complaints were not taken seriously or managed in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
