The staff members here are well-trained professionals with an excellent customer service mindset. They are friendly, courteous and helpful without being obtrusive. They are ready to help and assist the guests here in any possible way in order to make their vacation more enjoyable and comfortable. .

The units here are spotless and the housekeeping standard here is very high. It is repeatedly mentioned by those who have stayed here that the cleanliness standard here is great. The walls are well built so that the activities of the other guests cannot be overheard. .

The administration of this complex is not exactly guest friendly. It is necessary to Check-in and out from another hotel which is not exactly nearby. Requests for towels have to be addressed to this counter also and sometimes, they don't arrive. The inconvenient location of Reception made Checking-in and out very time consuming, especially so when staying for only one night. .

There are some fantastic facilities on site in this complex - there is a spa tub, a fitness center and Lazy River which guests here enjoy and appreciate. Some guests feel disappointed because there is no bar on site, nor any restaurant. One has to leave the resort to go in search of such facilities. .

Although the complex is well-maintained, there are a few issues like doorknobs needing replacement and leaking faucets, which need to be addressed. .
