Guests say that the hotel is worth for the money paid. It is a basic property with all the necessary amenities required either for a leisure or business trip. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious with comfortable beds, and variety breakfast is available at a reasonable rate. Guests say that the terrace with Jacuzzis is a nice place to relax after a hot day at the beach.
The location of the hotel is ideal as it is located in the town centre on a pedestrian street. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around the hotel and moreover, the beach is merely a two-minute walk from the hotel say guests.
Front desk staff as well as the housekeeping staff, both are very friendly and helpful. Guests find the staff always eager to help. They say none of their questions go unanswered and the staff always replies with a smile.
Most of the rooms in the hotel lack sea views, so guests looking for that were in for a disappointment.
Some guests felt that the hotel was just worthy of about two stars instead of four stars. They said the hotel lacked on many fronts like service, for it to qualify as a four star, plus there is no Wi-Fi available in rooms
Guests say that since the hotel is located in the town centre, there is a lot of noise coming in from the restaurants and shops around in the vicinity. The noise carried into the rooms causing disturbance.
