The hotel’s employees are very courteous. They are all multilingual and speak Italian, French, Spanish, English, German and Catalan. This is a huge plus as many of the guests are international travellers. They are quick to be of service and seem to receiv

The hotel’s complimentary buffet breakfast is expertly prepared and well presented. The menus provided for the hot and cold dishes are quite diverse and the wide selections ensured most individual preferences are catered to.

Some guests complained about the small size of the gym and the fact that a few machines were not working. A few guests recommended that the fitness centre and spa area required refurbishment as there were obvious signs of neglect and age.

A few guests have complained about the level of noise during their stay at the hotel. Rooms near the kitchen were especially noisy and this made it difficult to fall asleep at night and greatly disturbed the early risers.

The Wi-Fi connection was a major concern for some of the guests especially while in their rooms as they found it to be very weak and often would vanish altogether.
