Guests occupying the top floors are impressed with the spectacular views of the Naples and Mount Vesuvius, not only from the privacy of their rooms but also from the terrace restaurant.

Many guests are happy with the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms as well as in the public areas. They find the complimentary shuttle service very convenient. They find the driver to be very warm and amiable. Visits to the beaches and local attractions become very convenient with the shuttle pick-up and drop.

Guests love the clean, well-appointed rooms, the decor and especially the large balconies. The soundproofed windows negated the noise of traffic from the busy road in front of the hotel. The rooms also have efficient air conditioners, which contributed to a good night's sleep. Guests are also full of praise for the cheerful staff who are polite and well-mannered. They willingly take care of the tour and ticket bookings and also do it efficiently. In one instance, the staff helped in ironing the guest's shirt.

Some guests who want to stroll out, find it difficult because the roads are narrow and without footpaths. They also find it difficult to drive in and out of the hotel due to the heavy traffic. They also cannot keep the balcony door open at all times because of the deafening sound.

Guests find the shower heads to be covered with limescale and need to be replaced. Bathrooms can do with higher end toiletries, say guests.

Guests missed any kind of workout facility. Towels are also not provided by the poolside.
