The staff is very welcoming and helpful said guests. From the moment of being greeted with a drink or hot beverage guests felt very welcome. The staff speaks very good English and is very knowledgeable and happy to offer local information and recommendations. The overall customer service receives very positive comments.
The complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel is very well spoken of. Wi-Fi is good too felt guests. Considering what you get for the money paid, many guests felt that the hotel is excellent value for money.

The building lacks a lift which makes it a problem to access the higher floors. The hotel rooms are ranged over four levels so older people and those will mobility issues have problems here.
