Staff at the resort are all very friendly and will make you feel really welcome. They are polite, courteous and happy to help with anything you need, from making tour bookings for you through to offering great local advice on how to get around and the best attractions to visit.
Surrounded by well-tended gardens, the resort has a lovely pool which all ages enjoy using. There is a great barbecue area where guests enjoy cooking and relaxing on an evening. Anyone still with energy to spare can play tennis on the full size court.
The resort is in a lovely quiet location so is a good place to relax. It is perfect for enjoying the wonderful Four Mile Beach, which is only a short stroll from the resort. And for the evening time, there are takeaways and restaurants nearby.
While all apartments have the same facilities, appearances can differ as some have been more recently renovated. Some guests in the older apartments thought that they were in need of updating, with some looking tired or having facilities that do not working well.
Guests like that Wi-Fi is free at the resort but some found that the signal was not very good when they were in their apartments. However, they were able to use Wi-Fi by the pool. Others said Wi-Fi did work but only slowly.
