Hotel Timberlake Motel (Lynchburg, USA)

Management in charge of the motel is very friendly and welcoming. They greet the guests with excellent hospitality and make them feel comfortable and at home. Even, the staff working at the motel is helpful and offer exceptional customer service. They also enquire about the travel plans of the guests and assist them with local commute.

The motel is located in the countryside of Lynchburg. It's a simple property and thus is priced reasonably. Guests said that their stay was totally worth the money spent, as at such reasonable rates they got decent rooms, free breakfast and other amenities like a pool and a picnic area.

Timberlake Motel is located centrally from many historic places and recreational parks. It's an ideal place for relatives of students staying at Liberty University. Candlers Station and Putt-Putt Fun Center are a ten-minute drive from the motel and there are many other places worth visiting too.

There was a musty and damp smell constantly coming from the rooms. Though the rooms were cleaned, there was still the awful odor which got suffocating after a point of time said the guests.

The entire property has a dated look and needs total refurbishment. Some guests complained of broken bathrooms, not working electrical switches, and uncomfortable beds. Even the carpets were stained, giving it a shabby appearance.

Walls in the rooms are as thin as a paper, making them noisy. Guests said they got disturbed easily since any minute noise from the neighboring rooms or from the street is audible.
