Set within 75 acres of vineyards, the 4-star (Restaurant with Rooms) Three Choirs restaurant and vineyard view rooms are located on a ridge overlooking the vines, all 8 rooms have a south facing terrace and lovely views of the vine clad valley near Gloucester. Lodge rooms are located in the valley set amongst the vines, about 500m away from the main buildings each one (there are 3 in total) has a veranda on two sides and is very private and peaceful. As you can imagine most of the guests come because this is a vineyard and wine tasting is high on their agenda! The shop is open daily from 9am until 5pm; tastings are always available and there is also a daily guided winery tour at 2.45pm. The property produces a range of wines from dry white to sparkling and a light red, don't worry if you know nothing about wine; staff are here to help you and to make the experience enjoyable. The Brassiere serves modern European dishes using fresh local produce whenever available, shell fish dishes are very popular and go beautifully with the wines; service is friendly and relaxed so that you enjoy your stay.
