Some guests were unhappy to find that there was not anyone on site to greet them since they had to call to get the code of a safety box to get keys — a process that was not enjoyable to all since it required a cellphone and something which people generally thought showed a lack of customer service. On that note, a good number of people were unhappy with the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff here.
