Staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. They are ready to assist guests in every way possible.

Most of the guests said that the condition of the bathrooms was extremely poor. The bathrooms were not clean and had leakages. Basic amenities likes toilet paper, soaps and bins were also not available at times. The bathroom floor was also in an absolutely poor condition.

Guests had bad experiences of awful smell immediately on entering the hotel. The rooms were also badly stinking making it a totally unpleasant stay for the guests. Moreover, some guests said that the hotel has not been refurbished at all and needs the same as doors of the rooms didn't lock and there was a problem with lights as half of them didn't work. The sheets were also unclean and dirty and towels worn out too.

Though the parking at the hotel is free there is very less parking place available in the car slot. On the parking slots being full, guests were asked to park the cars on a side street, which was pretty unsafe. Moreover, the state of the car park was in a bad shape as the walls next to it were cracking making it risky for the cars.
