Rooms are clean, towels supplied and the tea making necessities are in place and plentiful. All you could ask of a room really.

The gym is fine but you’ll need (reception) directions to get there. The gym, pool etc; are all across the road. A brilliant feature, but could do with being promoted with clearer directions.

Food choices here are a bit limited but there’s a great pub up the road serving an excellent value, ‘eat all you can’ breakfast.

Noise during the night comes from noisy air conditioning. Early morning heralds the start of activity and more noise, this time from outside.

If visiting an attraction at the Motorpoint Arena, it’s about 5 miles away! So you’ll need to drive or incur mega bucks to get there by taxi and for the long and arduous journey back. Taxis are very expensive and not always available anyway.

They’ve let things slide with stained carpets, dust accumulation, elderly furniture, limited TV channels; all resulting in an urgent need for some TLC.
