The food served at the hotel was delicious said guests. All the meals were freshly cooked. Guests liked the dining experiences at the hotel. The food was reasonably priced, served in large portions and presented in a nice manner.
Guests loved the ambience of the hotel bar/pub. They said that having refreshing drinks at the bar was a nice way to unwind, plus they loved the selection of food and drinks at the bar. The bar has terrace seating which the guests found appealing as they could just sip drinks looking at the beautiful Coughton countryside.
Some of the guests said that there is lack of customer service at the restaurant of the hotel. They complained about long waiting hours for the food. Also the restaurant staff was not much bothered about the demands of the customers. Reservations for the table were not honoured, plus the staff was ignorant and rude.
