Family feel

Guests appreciate the warm welcome they receive here from the owner and his team, right from being picked up from the airport. You have a nice welcome drink on arrival and the staff are extremely friendly at all times.

Great location near the beach

If you're wanting to be within easy reach of all the action in the exciting resort of Seminyak you will be well placed here. Guests love being able to stroll down to the famous beach club Potato Head, around the corner, or head into the Seminyak Square. You have everything literally on your doorstep from shops and restaurants to the beach.

Comfortable environment

Guests feel well at this resort with its lovely swimming pools, and luscious gardens. The rooms are very cosy and spacious and they feel that they have struck a good balance between value and comfort.

Guests often comment that their rooms are looking a bit past their best-before date. Whilst some rooms seem to have been renovated, others are in need of a bit of refreshment.

Whilst guests appreciate overall the nice gardens and pools, they often feel that they deserve a bit more TLC. The pool area can look a bit untidy - not helped by the sight of an abandoned pool bar.
