Guests were instantly at ease amongst the tranquil grounds and lush landscaping, and as soon as guests stepped onto the property, they felt that they were truly on vacation. Rooms were also a hit, with many guests commenting on the spacious private pools and attractive layout of accommodation.
Staff were some of the friendliest of the bunch, according to guests who loved the Balinese hospitality that they experienced. Attentive staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcomed and pampered, and guests couldn't say enough about their warm personalities.
Guests liked that this hotel was removed from the centre of Ubud, but still within a convenient distance of most major attractions. There were also a number of restaurants on the same street, making it especially attractive for guests not wanting to go far.
