Fine Dining in Paradise

The restaurants here get high marks, especially Le Lagoon, which won the 2014 Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Slow Service and Few Smiles

The pace of everything slows here, including, at times, the service. Some guests get frustrated waiting for service, especially in the restaurants. Others say the staff here is less-than enthusiastic and could use better training.

negative:

Better Attention to Detail

Guests staying here expect nothing but the best. Some say there are small-but-significant details that are sometimes missed. There are complaints about housekeeping in the villas, communication between resort staff and mix-ups involving room service.

negative:

Dinner's Great, but Breakfast and Lunch?

Some repeat guests say the quality of the food here has slipped in recent years. There are complaints about room service, cold breakfast buffets and so-so lunches.
