Some of the guests objected to being quite far from the center of Santa Barbara as it is a 15-minute drive away. Those who wanted to dine out or visit some local bars were also disappointed to find that they had to drive in order to reach the nearest amenities.
The outdoor pools as well as the sun bathing area can get very busy and feel cramped and crowded. Guests said that the loungers were pushed too close together and that the amount of people by the pool prevented them from feeling relaxed and at ease.
