The good remote location of this inn pleased most guests. Since it is in a remote area, the surrounding environment is very peaceful which gives guests a relaxing time. Moreover, although it is in a quiet village away from the main roads, it is still quite near motorway networks M180, M18, and M62.
Guests highly praised the staff including the manager for being friendly and helpful. Their excellent service made guests feel very welcome. In addition, they were very polite in answering requests of their guests.
The reasonably priced pub on-site is being patronised by many guests and non-guests of this inn because of its delicious and reasonably-priced dishes. The food, which is nicely presented, is served hot and cooked well. Furthermore, it has a relaxed atmosphere while the service is excellent.
Although free Wi-Fi is provided, guests complained about its spotty access. Guests expressed that it would be better if the management will fix their Internet service so it could serve its purpose and won't cause headache to them.
Guests are slightly irritated because curtains inside the rooms are merely sheer curtains that cannot block out the lights coming from outside. In addition, the rooms are facing east so morning sun is an issue. Therefore, they suggested they a primary curtain will be installed.
