You get what you pay for. Remember, this is a budget hotel, so frills are few and far between. It's clean though and rooms are comfortably furnished. All essentials are covered.

Pets are welcome here and the staff, generally, are friendly and helpful.

Continental style breakfast can be a cheap 'cop out' on the part of the hotel. The quality varies enormously; here, it's mid-range; better than many, but still short of what many people need to start the day.

Black mold seems to be a common problem here, particularly in the bathroom areas. The hotel appears to be aware of the problem but incapable of offering a solution. Slow to act, too, is the elevator. The elevator 'shaft' is a waste of space with many people taking to the stairs in desperation. A healthier option though!

Elements of the furnishings are becoming dilapidated; particularly in the dining/breakfast space. The elephant in the room is the fact that there's a Home Depot next door; so some solutions, at least, are within easy reach!

Complimentary toiletries are very minimal. Towels are small and in short supply. Breakfast is not worth the hassle. It's minimal to say the least; the best advice is to try a cafe somewhere else. Denny's, for instance, is open 24 hours every day.
