The bathrooms have been described as being rather small as quite a few guests said that they could hardly fit into the tight shower cubicles and also objected to the fact that they had nowhere to place their toiletries.
There is no lift in the building and guests whose rooms were located on the higher floors said they had to struggle with heavy luggage up several flights of stairs and also found the daily climb to their accommodation rather tiring.
There are only a limited amount of parking spaces on-site and during peak season many said that they experienced difficulties in finding a free space and were often blocked-in by other vehicles.
