The Oaks is a 96 unit luxury residential condominium complex. It is a gated, secure community, with easy access to ten beaches, covered parking, nature trails, three beautiful swimming pools, two covered barbecue areas and even a dog park. Located between Tamarindo and Flamingo, it is an ideal base for touring Guanacaste's attractions. Surf at Tamarindo and Playa Grande, snorkel at Playa Conchal, scuba and fish at Playa Flamingo, and take easy day tours to Rincon de la Vieja volcano, zip lines, monkey parks and more. The developer offers a variety of 18 two bedroom, two bath units on the ground, first and second floors, with views of each of the three pools and with garden views. Most units have one queen bed, two individual beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. All units have individual cable TV connections, wifi and 39 to 50 inch flat panel TVs. Some units have two queen beds. Each unit sleep 4 to 6 persons.
