Guests were very satisfied with the mattresses, linens, sheets, duvets, and pillows provided at the rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean, and was considered one of the best beds that the guests have ever experienced.
According to guests, the shared kitchen was well-equipped, had great decorations, and spacious. Thus, most guests were able to cook their meals properly instead of dining out and meet the other guests at the same time. The full size kitchen was more than adequate for their needs and made them feel at home.
Aside from the noise coming from the adjacent rooms, guests were also annoyed by the loud traffic noise and loud conversations from random people outside the streets especially in the morning. Noises from trucks and other vehicles can be heard as well as some construction noise and loud chatting from students passing along. Guests are advised to use earplugs for comfort.
Most guests complained about the lack of enough free toiletries such as tissues, towels, and mats. Moreover, they also had issues with the slippery and dirty bathroom flooring, which was not regularly cleaned, given that there were plenty of guests using the same bathroom facilities.
Guests were disappointed with the lack of air-conditioning systems available within the rooms. There were fans provided as an alternative but they were not enough to cool the whole place, especially at night, or during warm seasons.
