The Moorland is positioned in Dartmoor National Park and delivers sea views. The property is ideal for exploring South Devon. There are a host of attractions, including National Trust properties, in the vicinity which are all easily accessible.
Hotel employees are very friendly and helpful. They will do their best to ensure that all your needs are met throughout your stay. If you have any queries or require some knowledge about the local area, then they'll happily sort you out.
The Moorland doesn't have a lift, so if you are in one of the rooms on an upper floor, you'll have to endure a whole lot of stairs. This isn't much fun if you are carrying lots of heavy luggage or if you aren't especially mobile.
If you have booked a double room, you might discover that the bed is actually two singles pushed together. This obviously isn't as comfortable as a bespoke double mattress and you'll need to be careful not to slip down the gap in the middle!
The walls here don't seem particularly well soundproofed. If your neighbours are being anything but quiet, you'll likely experience some noise filtering through to your room.
