Located less than two-hundred feet from the sandy beach, guests of this hotel enjoy hassle-free access to various city-center destination. Many restaurants, bars, and shopping outlets within easy reach.

One's initial instance of arrival at the Courtyard is guaranteed to impress, as hospitality remains of paramount interest to the personnel of this smoke-free establishment. A slew of cordial and attentive hotel members strive on all accounts to assist residents with carrying requests and concerns.

If you expect to get an Oceanside room with a balcony, make sure you contact the hotel directly. Several guests reported that when they reserved an Oceanside room with a balcony online, that when they arrived at the hotel, the hotel did not have any of these rooms open. The hotel did not honor these guests request.

The outside deck area was filthy and needed to be cleaned. The pool was green with algae and obviously had not been maintained. Guests were very disappointed that they were unable to enjoy these amenities while staying at the hotel.

The hotel itself is simply not worth the cost of a night's stay. For the cost of the hotel, one would expect free breakfast. Guests were not happy with the extra added costs that went along with staying at this establishment.
