Rooms here are very spacious especially the family rooms which offers two levels. The family room consists of a big living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Each quarter is lovely, nice, and clean that guests have a pleasant stay.
The property was excellently managed according to previous guests. Problems were taken care of immediately and staffs were all helpful and accommodating. In addition, the security even looked after the scooters and rental cars parked in front of the property.
Guests complimented the efficient airport service this property offered. Airport pick-up and drop-off were easy and hassle-free. Guests can even request for urgent pick up and the staff would quickly respond. Furthermore, the drivers were polite and helpful.
The setting of this property is quite impractical as stated by previous guests. The place is quiet but there is literally nothing around the area. Moreover, it is out of the way and taxi drivers do not know where it is. Guests even had to call the hotel for extensive location details.
Complimentary breakfast was poor according to guests. They suggested improvement of breakfast with better variety of food because it was minimal and hardly satisfying. In addition, breakfast started as late as eight in the morning which was inconvenient for early risers.
The hotel's family room had a loft where bedroom is one floor above. Guests complained that the air conditioner in the loft did not reach the living room downstairs so it was very hot. There was no air conditioning downstairs so guests were perspiring during hot days.
