Guests were pleased to find that the size of their rooms exceed their expectations as they said they had plenty of space to move around as well as to stow away their belongings. The overall hygiene levels of the en-suites were said to be quite high with guests stating that their rooms were kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping team for the duration of their stay.

Those who visited the on-site spa said that the facility was modern and well-presented. The indoor pool was said to be clean and of decent size whilst the surrounding area was described as tastefully decorated. Guests who had treatments were highly complementary of the therapists who they described as courteous and professional.

The hotel is surrounded by its own private gardens which offer peace and tranquillity as well as scenic views. Guests appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle but found it convenient being close to attractions such as the local golf club as well as plenty of amenities including pubs and restaurants.

Guests said that there was too few staff in the dining room as they often had to wait longer than expected to place their orders as well as to receive their food.

The hotel is a popular venue for wedding receptions and guests mentioned that the facilities can get quite crowded. On occasions guests were unable to access the bar on as it was reserved for the wedding party groups.
