The wait staff in the restaurant are extremely attentive, and you will want for nothing during your mealtimes. They are quite pleasant too and have no trouble talking through the menu with you.

Southern Methodist University is right across the street from the hotel making this an ideal location for visitors to the campus. There are also quite a few local attractions within walking distance such as the presidential library.

The spa services are top quality while the pool is well maintained and super clean. Guests are very impressed by these amenities and find them to be one of the greatest advantages to staying at this hotel.

This hotel isn’t too far from the highway so you will find that if you are placed in a room on the wrong side of the hotel, you will have to put up with traffic throughout the night. It’s something that could most likely be remedied by installing proper soundproof windows.

This hotel lives off the Hilton name but doesn’t quite live up to its standards. The rooms are okay, but they’re not all that great while the service isn’t quite what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. Some guests had issues requesting simple things like extra blankets.

The hotel has a policy of putting an incidentals charge on your card until you check out. Some guests find this unacceptable as the charge is very high indeed. It can also mean that you credit card cannot be used until the charge is removed.
