The hotel has calm atmosphere and this coupled with the warm and accommodating attitudes of the hosts makes it a very pleasant hotel to stay at. The hosts are hospitable, always smiling, helpful and caring to their guests.
With plenty of attractions and amenities within walking distance of the property, guests enjoyed their stay at the hotel. The beach is just a short stroll the hotel. In addition, restaurants and malls are in the area and quite a number of shops for those wishing to indulge in a bit of shopping.
The kitchens are spacious, well equipped and contain all the basic appliances you might need to use during your stay here such as a refrigerator, a microwave and an oven. Their comfortable design allows you to manoeuvre around easily.
Due to the thin walls of the apartments, noise easily carried into the rooms. You could hear people walking and talking from other rooms. Many guests felt that the sound proofing system wasn’t adequate enough.
Quite a number of guests have noted a damp and harsh smell in guestrooms. The smell did not seem to go away despite the presence of the air conditioner being on or the simple act of opening a window.
A number of guests have complained about the lack of an elevator in the building. Moving up and down can be quite a challenge. This is very inconvenient especially with those who are mobility impaired or carrying heavy suitcases.
