The hotel sits amongst beautiful scenery and grounds. It is next to a river in a very pleasant part of England and the views are spectacular. The area is great for sightseeing.

The staff seems cold and inattentive. You wonder if there is some type of on/off switch to get them going. Snappy waiters and cold staff at the reception is not a great start to a hotel stay. Staff needs organization and leadership. It seems like the staf
