Situated in the quiet area of Sudbury, the inn is approximately 30 minutes away on foot from both Wembley Stadium and the London Designer Outlet. Whilst not the most central, the inn's location met the needs of most previous guests. As well as Wembley Stadium being within walking distance, the property is less than ten minutes away on foot from the Sudbury Town Underground Station - making exploring London all the more easier.
The majority of past visitors were complimentary about the service they received from the staff members of the accommodation. In terms of friendliness, the staff members were said to be welcoming and kind for the most part.
For those that travelled in their own vehicle, the on-site parking was a welcome bonus of staying at the inn. Along with being free of charge, former guests have noted that the on-site parking lot is spacious with an ample amount of spaces.
It has been reported that the accommodation does not currently serve any form of breakfast - something that was an understandable disappointment at times for former visitors.
The general standard of the inn's rooms was seen in a negative light on a somewhat regular basis by former guests. As well as being basic and apparently displaying distress, the soundproofing of the rooms was also occasionally described as inadequate in blocking out the noise from the on-site bar.
For those that tried to use it, the quality of the Wi-Fi was regularly lambasted by past visitors of the accommodation. So much so, that it has often been stated that the Wi-Fi was essentially non-existent in the guestrooms.
