They don't use a deep fat fryer, so all bacon, sausages etc; at breakfast are grilled or pan fried. Far the healthiest option, this enables food to be enjoyed at its fresh best. No surprise to learn then, that breakfast is impressively delicious, with lots of choices. Vegetarians won't go hungry here either.

It's a very easy stroll to both the beach and the centre of the little village. In the case of the latter, there seems to be plenty happening; they've even got their own little theatre.Staff members are delightful. Contributing greatly to the enjoyment of the visit, everyone is very friendly, accommodating and efficient.

The decoration throughout is obviously of a general high standard. The emphasis is on guest relaxation and a lack of regimentation; something often found in other hotels. Evening dinner choices are excellent and well prepared. Then, there's the opportunity to enjoy a drink in the attractive bar and reflect, in good humour, on the day's happenings.

Bathrooms are small and the cleanliness regimes, that apply elsewhere, could do with extending into this area. It won't take long!

Some rooms are separate from the main building and from the restaurant. No problem at all … unless it's raining.

It's not a major issue for most but, if you are a light sleeper who likes to have the window open … you will hear some noise. Another noise source is the air conditioning units fitted to the outside wall. They clatter away and vibrate.
