Sea Breeze House is an adult only Victorian guest house on the North Devon Coast. All of the bedrooms at this guest house are en-suite and come equipped with a flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD player, a clock radio, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a welcome basket. Sea Breeze House is approximately one mile or less to Ilfracombe's town centre, Ilfracombe Harbour, the theatre and restaurants. It's also a ten minute drive to Blue Flag beaches in Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton.

Guests commented that it's quite a walk to and from town since it's about a mile away. For most travellers this wasn't a big issue, but for others the hotel seemed out of the way. Some guests did remark that there is a bus that comes by regularly to take visitors to town.
