Staff are always friendly and smiling. They provide a very warm welcome to guests upon arrival, they go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and are quick to resolve issues. They show concern when things go wrong, they love to interact with and get to know guests, they have no problem assigning new rooms and they are knowledgeable about the area. .

The guest rooms have recently been updated with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. Guests reported that the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, everything is in working order and the temperature is always just right. .
