There are so many shops nearby that you will feel spoiled for choice when exploring the boutiques. There are also many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance so you can dine out in a different one for every meal.

No matter what your request is, the staff at this hotel will do their best to try to sort everything out for you. They have no problem changing rooms for you if available, and they are a great source of information on the local area.

When you check in, see if you can get a room facing the river. The view is spectacular, and you could sit there all day just watching the world go by. Perfect view first thing in the morning.

The animal print cushions and chairs are a bit too much for some guests that find them a little tacky. It's not a dealbreaker, but you will feel like you're in a themed hotel which is a bit strange given its location in Spokane.

This is not a cheap hotel and guests are quick to point out that the added extra of breakfast is a bit hard to take. They feel that a free continental option would be ideal for those that don't want a cooked to order breakfast.

It might be a small complaint, but it's the little things that make the difference and at this hotel that is the lack of coffee or tea in the room. These days a coffee maker or kettle is a standard in-room amenity, and it's rather strange that it's missing here.
