Majority of the guests loved the cordial and warm hospitality rendered by all the members of the hotel staff. They were very helpful and eager to lend a helping hand to the guests at any hour of the day. The guests felt at home the moment they were greeted by the staff at the reception.
The menu was simple but had a lot of options to choose from. The home cooked food was very delicious and had a very different taste to it, which appealed a lot to the guests. Everything from the soups and starters to the main course was very filling and tasty. The best part as per few guests was that the food was very affordable.
Many guests agreed with the fact that the prices for the room and food charged here were quite basic and affordable. The amenities provided here were enough to ensure a comfortable stay.
Some of the guests felt that the wooden floors were quite noisy and disturbing when people walked on it. They could not sleep peacefully because of kids running in the corridors early in the morning.
Many guests felt that the rooms were very old and in dire need of a refurbishment. The wallpapers were peeling off and carpets were stained. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the water was trickling down making it very difficult to take a bath.
Despite being charged for, the Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent as it kept disconnecting every time the guests wanted to work online. It did not work even after getting the correct IP address.
