The Coach House was originally an 1890 coaching house built from Lakeland stone, and now offers contemporary Lakes District B&B accommodation a few minutes’ drive from the centre of both Windermere and Bowness. Lake cruises and the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction can be found in Bowness, while Windermere offers extensive dining and drinking options. Each of the five rooms on offer have en-suite showers and are beautifully decorated in period style, with the addition of TVs, alarm clocks, hair dryers, complimentary toiletries and tea & coffee facilities.
