Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa is in an ideal location if you are planning on heading to the many Disney attractions in the area. They are all close by and there is a very good shuttle service, making getting there and back really easy. Also, there is shopping within minutes and lots of nice restaurants nearby.
As well as being nicely decorated, the accommodation here is really spacious, with two bathrooms and a decent kitchen. You'll be able to spread out. The place is very clean as well and the private spa tubs are a real bonus.
The swimming pools and their surrounding areas are pleasant. If you don't feel like venturing out and would like to chill at the resort, then it's nice to hang out there and take in the views over the lake.
The bar at Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa doesn't have the most expansive opening hours. It only seems to be available at select times on certain days, particularly during the off season.
The property isn't especially well sign-posted. Its signage is quite small and not very well let. You might have trouble locating it when you first arrive, especially if you do so at night.
The Wi-Fi at this hotel isn't great. The signal can be a little spotty and you might have trouble logging on in the first place or find that it drops out at frustratingly regular intervals.
