A great many guests loved the location of this hotel, set as it is just a stone's throw from Ogawamachi metro station and little more than a five-minute walk from the tech/Manga nirvana of Akihabara. Having a plethora of great local (and decidedly untouristy) ramen and udon restaurants so close by was considered a huge bonus too.
It is evident that the receptionists here, even those who don't speak very good English, try their hardest to ensure all visitors experience a positive holiday experience. Suffice to say, this was greatly appreciated by the vast majority of guests who've stayed here.

A significant number of guests have been disappointed by the somewhat solid mattresses on the beds in the accommodations. The presence of soft pillows unsurprisingly does very little to help matters.
It has to be said that the ultra-compact nature of the guest rooms here makes even the simplest of tasks difficult to complete. Indeed, precious few visitors have enjoyed unpacking their stuff when there isn't even enough space to walk around one half-opened suitcase.
With just one washing machine and one dryer on hand for the whole hotel, it's little wonder so many guests have grumbled about the laundry facilities here. The fact that it closes at 9pm wasn't looked upon very favourably either.
