Hotel THB Flora (Puerto del Carmen, Spain)

Staff at the THB Flora have a good reputation. Guests find the staff in this hotel to be friendly and always helpful, and this does not refer only to reception staff. Team members across the hotel, whether it is cleaners, bar staff or restaurant staff, have all been the recipients of good reports.

The one thing guests with families seem to appreciate the most is the range of children’s activities that are on offer. Guests say that the THB entertainment team are very good with kids, and that there had been plenty of activities on offer to keep the little ones amused, including a nightly mini-disco.

Guests can rightly expect the accommodation they choose to be clean as standard, but guests go out of their way to note that THB Flora is very clean and tidy throughout.

Unfortunately guests find there are insufficient sun-beds provided in the pool areas, so it can be difficult to get one without reserving it early in the morning. On top of this, some existing sun-beds are reportedly in need of replacing. There also were not enough pool towels for guests to use.

One of the two pools is deep and does not have any shallow area. Some guests find it too deep to swim in comfortably and not child-friendly, which resulted in the other available pool being a bit crowded for comfort.

Guests note that the road between THB Flora and the town is quite steep. This is not ideal for some guests who find the walk difficult. However, it is reported that the cost of a taxi instead is very reasonable.
