Several guests comment that the kitchen is well stocked with bottled water, cheeses and bread, and note that there is ample crockery and cooking utensils to prepare and serve dinner. Others add the Internet room is wired with high-speed Internet and the Wi-Fi is easy to setup.

Many guests appreciate the warm welcome on arrival and note that staff is attentive to personal requests for extra linens, towels and pillows. Others add that staff members are well informed about local attractions and helpful in arranging excursions, as well as recommending and making reservations at local restaurants.

A handful of guests note that public parking is difficult to find and often far from the property. Others add there are several bus stops and railway stations nearby and public transport is the preferred option, since most attractions in the city centre are not accessible by private cars.

Some guests comment that the property is adjacent to a busy road junction and that traffic noise is audible in rooms at night.  Others add the hallways are narrow and lobby is small, which makes it feel even busier than it already is during peak hours.

A handful of say that the building is not easily accessible for the disabled. Most suggest mentioning these types of special needs at the time of booking.
