Private room with bathroom, independent entrance located in a condominium. New, just renovated in the basement. There is no view outside. Double bed or 2 single beds (just specify it when booking.) Large free outdoor parking, bar and supermarket at no more than 50 meters. 10 minutes walk to the center of the town. Covered free garage 300 meters far, with easy access to the cablecar "5-Laghi". Small corner to organize breakfast Adjacent to the building there is a large outdoor parking lot where you can park your vehicle, a bar and a supermarket for your purchases if you want to go downtown will take 10 minutes on foot. If you prefer to park your car in a covered garage 300 meters away, you can do it for free, the garage is communal and made available for tourists, from the same point of the garage you will find the ski lift to access the ski area. For work commitments our availability at check-IN and check-out is limited to the central hours of the day( 12pm - 3pm) , so we ask you to respect them as far as possible.
