The property consists of 17 new renovated guest rooms, each with either a balcony or terrace overlooking the lush gardens. Beautifully wood carved furniture decorates the rooms. A range of activities are on offer at this hotel, this includes temple offerings, woodcarving and batik and Balinese painting. Guests are entertained by traditional Balinese dance and music and they can enjoy a walk through the rice fields. The restaurant serves a range of Balinese, Asian and Western cuisine and also offers cooking lessons. The Hotel Taman Harum Cottages is situated five kilometres from the rock walls and fountains of Goa Gajah and just six kilometres from the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary.

Free Shuttle

The hotel is a little out of the town centre but the hotel puts on a free shuttle to ferry its guests backward and forward to town, on demand. The free shuttle featured heavily in comments about the hotel as guests remarked that it was a welcome amenity and it was for some, the highlight of their stay.
